So I made my way to the local shop. To my surprise there were dozens of people literally ready and waiting to get a contract telephone. I specifically wanted to keep my phone number and have the ability to make free calls to 0800 numbers from any cell phone. But it just would not work out that way.
Anyhow while I was talking to the sales guy, he said to me how shocked he was at how busy the week had been, he said he cant believe there is a credit crisis. After a study it was shown that 41% would cut down on DIY, 41% on holidays, 16% on Television subscriptions and 10% on broadband services.
An average of 310.71 was spent on average per household on internet services last year, compared to 11.37 in 2007.
