Caribbean Island tour

Whether you are looking for luxury cruises or a holiday packages, your next destination should definitely be Caribbean island. There are over 7,000 islands to choose from over the World for your next destination and from that one of the best is definitely Caribbean island.

The reason I am recommending Caribbean island is because it offers something for everyone from family, couples to singles. For couples I will suggest Bermuda is a great place for bars, resorts and restaurants, whereas if you are cruising to Caribbean then you will definitely get to spend more time on various islands. Jamaica is another great destination for couples, with lovely beaches and great bars. There is a romantic feeling as soon as you land in Jamaica as you will feel the air is full of love. Everyone should definitely go to these destination atleast once in their life. Another two destinations in Caribbean island for couples are St.Lucia and St.Vincent (Where Pirates of the Caribbean was shot). You might just bump into few hollywood stars while you are there.

For family adventure it is definitely the Bahamas. Royal Caribbean international cruises has to end in Bahamas if you are looking for a family fun. Atlantis on Paradise Island and Grand Bahamas Island are two of the most stunning resorts of whole of the Caribbean, and is ideal for families. Aruba is another family destination because of it's friendly surroundings and many off site resort activities such as water sports.

Most people find a good deal with all inclusive package for holidays to Caribbean Island, so they can see more than one islands, getting a cruise holiday is perfect to see the whole of the Caribbean. I bought a similar deal when travelling to Caribbean last year. The best part of getting packages of cruise holidays is that there is not just one destination, you will get to see few European cities along with the whole of the Caribbean (though it does depend on your package deal). There are several holiday deals to choose from while choosing a cruise so make sure to choose the right one. Do some research on the Net before getting any holiday package. Read reviews of people who have been on the cruise you want to go. Read their thoughts and their experiences. This can prevent holiday in hell experience for you.

Tokyo just might be the biggest town in the world, made up of 23 individual wards, all with their own unique characteristics.  Foreigners are simply threatened by the sheer expanse of Japan’s major city and its 17 million inhabitants ( 5 million are commuters ) ; {however ,} due to this volume alone Tokyo has developed an unrivaled public transportation system and a complicated network of visitor friendly information resources.  The simplest way to go Tokyo’s frenzied bustle is to allow the train to guide the way.  A loose itinerary will draw you into true jap life through surprising encounters and more intimate experiences.

Tokyo : A consumer Capital

It could be ironic that one of the costliest towns in the world also has one of the most rampant and showy consumer cultures.  Traveller attractions in Tokyo consist of many gargantuan shopping complexes additionally to the cultural faves.  The Ginza shopping district reigns supreme for ostentatious purchasing activities, with thousands of mega-stores, shops and a unjustifiable array of non-functional novelty stores for the simply entertained inside us all.  For a dose of New York in Tokyo, visit Shibuya, which is abundant with top-end shops, shrines, King-Kong-sized plasma TV screens and the most frantic pedestrian street crossing in the world.

A Culture of Retrospect and Reflection

There’s a tendency to become inundated and desensitized by the neon lights that line the town streets like masts in Japan’s sea of technology.  While these electrical churches work to extol a hyper-modern age, Tokyo also has got some of the most idyllic and serene shrines and pagodas in the country.  Meiji-jingu is the most provoking of Tokyo’s Shinto shrines, built with Eastern cypress and copper plates for the roof.  Even though the shrine was wiped out during World War Two, the reconstruction hasn’t lost any of the grandeur.  Just north of the town, Bonsai Park treats visitors to the zen-like art of cultivating these carefully placed miniature trees and experiencing the calming of the mind.  A necessary experience for anyone traveling to Tokyo is the view of Mount Fuji in the early hours of dawn.  This is possible from within the city, atop one of the massive skyscrapers such as the govt Building in Shinjuku.  Directly in the middle of Tokyo, the Imperial Palace ( Kokyo ) is an inner-city refuge that is home to the Imperial Family.  The public can visit the encompassing East Gardens and walk along the double bridge over the tranquil moats of the palace grounds, but the palace buildings and inner courtyard are closed to visitors.

Travel to Tokyo with a willingness to get lost among the hustle and maybe end up again in the silence of a shrine.  The expansive town and system of trains make it virtually impossible to make a wrong turn.

The biggest of America’s cities, New York attracts millions of visitors every year who come to experience its unmatched style and culture. Most gay travel to New York is centred in Manhattan, but now there are other regions to enjoy such as Brooklyn which has developed a large gay community over the past few decades. It is often said that Manhattan has the best nightlife, restaurants, theatres, and shopping.

New York City is a popular gay holiday destination any time of the year, though the summer months still attract the greatest numbers of visitors especially from Europe. The fall can be one of the best times of the year to visit as the crowds are less but the weather is not too adverse. Winter in New York has a charm all of its own with many people crowding into warm and cozy restaurants and bars. But be warned it can get very cold and usually snows during winter time. Christmas in New York is an experience that cannot be forgotten easily.

There are gay and lesbian events held whenever you choose to visit. New Year Eve in New York has to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. If you choose to come in spring you can attend the Tribecca and NewFest film festivals that attract many gay and lesbian visitors. The famous New York Gay Pride usually take place towards the end of June, while earlier in the month are smaller parades in Brooklyn and Queens. If you happen to come in the fall then you can seriously camp at up in one of the many Halloween parties.

It is useful to understand the layout of the city. It is comprised of five boroughs, of which Manhattan is a narrow island in between the Hudson and East rivers. Not far away from here are the districts of Brooklyn and Queens on the western edge of Long Island.

There is an excellent mass transit system that is affordable and easy to navigate. It is better not to bring your own car or rent one as the traffic can be rather severe as are the parking costs.

If you plan to visit from one of the other main East Coast cities then there are plenty of long distance bus and train services available. Those flying in will arrive at one of three airports. JFK airport is located in Queens, Newark is across the Hudson in New Jersey, and La Guardia is the closest to Manhattan.
